Design of Closed Loop Control System for Three-Axes Turntable Servo PIGA

The outer gimbal disturbance torque of PIGA(pendulous integrating gyro accelerometer) includes the outer gimbal axis friction torque and the alternating torque caused by the intersecting acceleration.The main reasons of generating the outer gimbal disturbance torque of PIGA are analyzed,and a method of the outer gimbal disturbance torque of PIGA on three-axis test turntable with high-precision and a closed loop servo system involved by using three-axis turntable and PIGA is presented.The automatic gain and compensation circuit,gain matching circuit and stabilized closed loop delivery circuit are designed.The servo PIGA system of three-axis turntable is implemented successfully by accomplishing the test of separating outer gimbal disturbance torque on PIGA,which provides the environmental basis for improving PIGA technique and compensating outer gimbal disturbance torque.
