Electronic speed controller for gasoline generator set

2007
The utility model discloses an electron speed regulator for a gasoline generating set, comprising a controller, an electric current sensor and a stepper motor, wherein, the current output reflecting the load of a generator is sent back to the controller by the electric current sensor, one winding on the generator is connected with the controller, the winding supplies power for the controller and sends the rotate speed of a gasoline engine to the controller, the controller controls the degree of opening of an air damper of the gasoline engine through the stepper motor according to the size of the current output of the generator and the rotate speed of the gasoline engine. The utility model ensures that the gasoline engine quickly responds the change in the load and the smaller overshoot; therefore, the rotate speed is kept at the setting value no matter how much the load is, the stationarity regulating rate is small and the operation is reliable. The utility model has a simple structure and does basically not relate to the change in a carburetor. Therefore, the utility model is particular suitable for the excitation gasoline electric generating set and is also used for the numeral permanent magnetism gasoline electric generating set.
