Printing ink for identifying electronic component by curing with ultraviolet light and preparation method thereof

2011
The invention discloses printing ink for identifying an electronic component by solidifying with ultraviolet light. The printing ink comprises the following components, by mass, 36-50% of a light curing oligomer, 0-10% of an adhesion reinforced resin, 6-10% of an ultraviolet light initiator, 10-30% of an active diluent, 5-30% of a pigment, 2-11% of a filler, 0.2-1% of a leveling agent, and 0.3-2% of a wetting dispersant. A preparation method of the printing ink comprises the following steps: 1, premixing the ultraviolet light initiator with the active diluent, controlling the temperature at 30-40DEG C, and stirring them to form a transparent liquid; 2, adding the mixed resin, the pigment, and above assistants, dispersing them by a high speed mixer, adding the filler, continuously stirring at a high speed to uniformity, and carrying out three-roll grinding to required fineness to obtain the printing ink. The printing ink for identifying the electronic component by curing with the ultraviolet light of the invention can be widely applied to the character identification of various electronic components, and has the advantages of clear writing, and excellent adhesion and solvent resistance.
