Partially crosslinked thermoplastic fire-retardant resin composition, the use thereof, processes for their preparation and molding

1999
Partially crosslinked thermoplastic fire-retardant resin composition obtainable by heating and kneading a mixture comprising: 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin component (A) comprising: (A) 5 to 55 wt .-% of a block copolymer containing at least two polymer blocks A, which were mainly made of a vinyl aromatic compound as its constitutional component and at least one polymer block B mainly composed of a conjugated diene compound as its constitutional component was prepared, and / or a hydrogenated block copolymer obtained by hydrogenating the block copolymer, and (D1) from 5 to 80 wt .-% of at least one copolymer selected from an ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene / (meth) acrylic acid copolymer and an ethylene / (meth) acrylate copolymer; and, in each case based on 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin component (A), (G) 0.01 to 0.6 parts by weight of an organic peroxide; (H) from 0.03 to 1.8 weight parts of a crosslinking agent of the (meth) acrylate-series and / or allyl-series; and 50 to 300 parts by weight of a metal hydrate (B), wherein the metal hydrate (B) is such that (I) when the metal hydrate (B) in ...
