ОСОБЕННОСТИ СИСТЕМНОГО И ЦИКЛИЧЕСКОГО ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОГО КРИЗИСА В РОССИИ

In article features of manifestation of the system crisis developing in Russia since 2012, and the cyclic (tactical) economic crisis imposed on it are characterized. The conclusion is drawn on formation in Russia of parasitic model of “pipe the economy” incapable to solve actual problems of social and economic development. It is shown that a prime condition of change of an economic paradigm – creation of institutional conditions in the form of realization of an independence of the courts, ensuring the political competition, freedom of mass media.
