2017
Objective To analyze the clinical symptom and system damage of Sjogren’s syndrome, in order to provide evidence for the preliminary diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome. Methods Seventy patients who fulfilled the 2012 American College of Rheumatology criteria for Sjogren’s syndrome from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected, the general situation, clinical symptoms, systemic damage and auxiliary examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 70 patients, females are more than males. The onset symptoms usually include dry eyes (81.43%) and dry mouth(58.57%). Oral examination found that 87.14% of the patients had more than 6 dental caries and 58.57% of the patients had suffered from dental caries for more than 10 years. Sjogren’s syndrome with system injury consisted of the involvement of hematological system (48.57%), involvement of lung(44.28%), and involvement of thyroid(18.57%). Conclusions The number of male patients with Sjogren’s syndrome is much lower than female. Clinical manifestations are complex and diverse in forms.
