Curable resin composition and sealing material using same

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin composition which contains a cyanate ester compound and is suitable for use as a sealing material, while being suppressed in the generation of a carbamate compound. The present invention is a curable resin composition which is characterized by containing a cyanate ester compound and a dehydrating agent.
