Background Common causes of complications of laparoscopic pyeloplasty in children include anastomotic stricture, poor drainage due to high ureteropelvic anastomosis, and torsion of ureter. Herewith, we described our modified technique of paraumbilical three-port laparoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty (PTLDP) to minimize these complications.
