General Techniques of Scrotoscopic Surgery

Abstract The incision of scrotoscopic surgery can be made differently according to the location and property of the lesion, but is based on the examination incision. In this chapter, a detailed scrotoscopic surgical approach is introduced. A practical way about how to insert the scrotoscope and the postoperative handling to the scrotum is presented. Then a basic examination method and order will be shown. Besides, brief handlings of different lesions, e.g., tunica vaginalis cavity stone, small tunica vaginalis cavity tumor, and testicular appendage torsion, are given in the following sections. The third section is about normal anatomy under the view of scrotoscopy. And the last section is about pathology of organs under the view of scrotoscopy.
