Atributos Físico-Hídricos do Solo e Desempenho Agronômico do Linho (Linun usitatissimun L.) sob Cultivo Conservacionista em Dourados/MS

2018
Flax is a crop of winter, its cultivation is being used to improve the productive environment and reduce the damage caused by intensive agriculture in the summer. The Southern region and South Central of Brazil has favorable conditions to the culture, requiring only studies characterizing their behavior in different production environments. The objective of this work was to evaluate the soil physical and hydric attributes and the performance of three genotypes of flax under cultivation conservationist in the condition of soil and climate from region of Dourados-MS.The study was conducted in the experimental area of UFGD in Dourados in Dystroferric Red Latossol cultivated with three genotypes of flax brown (Cabure, Aguara and UFSC). Soil physical and hydric attributes were determined as: total porosity, aeration porosity, field capacity, permanent wilting point and water capacity available. It was determined the height of the plants weekly. The yield was evaluated after harvest by means of counting the number of pods per plant, number of seeds per capsule and total number of seeds. The soil in the study provides a good amount of water for the crop along the profile, however the weather was a fator limiting production since the recharge of water in the soil has not supplied the need of water of culture. The management adopted along with the action of organic matter and roots flax contributed to a good soil porosity. The drought associated with high temperatures negatively influenced in plant height and yield. The genotype UFSC presented higher yield potential and the anticipation at seeding can increase your income.
