Патология внутренних органов в условиях длительной задымленности воздуха вследствие лесных пожаров

On the ground of the data of medical statistics, independent investigations and attraction the results of other authors a generalized analysis of particularities of inner organs’ pathology of Khabarovsk territory inhabitants, influenced by the smoke of the forest fires in 1998 and 2001, was carried out. Somatic pathology showed clinically, basically, in the capacity of changes on the part of respiratory system, children had very evident changes in the form of inflammatory and obstructive lesions of upper airways and bronchial tubes and also toxic alveolitis and pneumonia. An important deterioration of current of asthma and chronic obstructive bronchitis was marked, but it didn’t bring to a growth of the death-rate. The current of coronary heart disease and hypertension caused more frequent cases of cerebrovascular disease, was observed not only in the period of the smokescreens, but also in the following 1-2 months. Laboratory symptoms of the infraction of the liver’s function and hemopoiesis were marked.
