Роль белка CRABP1 в формировании высокометастазного фенотипа RSV-трансформированных фибробластов сирийского хомяка

2011
In this study we have examined the role of CRABP1 (Cellular Retinoic Acid Binding Protein) in the regulation of transformed fibroblasts metastatic activity in vivo. Up to date there are no experimental evidence on CRABP1 participation in metastasis stimulation and tumor progression. In present study manufactured on the animal model system we first have shown the correlation between expression of CRABP1 protein and the level of transformed cells metastatic activity. We have also shown that CRABP1 overexpression increased the tumorigenecity and metastatic activity while CRABP1 supression in high-metastatic cell line results in significant reduction of mentioned above cells properties.
