The invention discloses a coal mine dust pollution evaluation and spraying dedusting linkage system based on images. The coal mine dust pollution evaluation and spraying dedusting linkage system includes an image evaluation portion and a state control portion. The image evaluation portion is used for monitoring the whole dust production space through an image sensor which is arranged on a dust production point. The image evaluation portion is used for acquiring evaluation results by comparing with arranged background images. The state control portion is used for controlling a spraying device which is arranged on the dust production point according to the image evaluation results. A spraying dedusting system is started when the evaluation results display the current dust concentrations exceeding the baseline values. The spraying dedusting system is shut down when the evaluation results display the current dust concentrations below the baseline values. The state control portion is used for controlling the spraying dedusting system arranged on every dust production point through a control box.
