Respiratory system of pressurization gasoline engine
2013
The invention relates to a respiratory system of a pressurization gasoline engine, which comprises a plastic cylinder cover shield component, a respirator ventilation hose I and a respirator ventilation hose II, wherein double oil-gas separators are integrated in the plastic cylinder cover shield component; one end of the respirator ventilation hose I is connected with a PCV (pollution-control valve) of a plastic cylinder cover shield, and the other end of the respirator ventilation hose I is communicated with an air inlet manifold; one end of the respirator ventilation hose II is connected with an air hole in the plastic cylinder cover shield, and the other end of the respirator ventilation hose II is communicated with the rear part of an air filter and the front end of a pressurizer; three gas blow-by holes are formed in the exhaust side of the cylinder cover of an engine cylinder; four oil return holes are formed in the air suction side of the cylinder cover of the engine cylinder. According to the respiratory system of the pressurization gasoline engine, the arrangements of an external oil-gas separator and a peripheral pipeline are eliminated, the number of rubber hoses is reduced to two, special parts are decreased, only one PCV is used, and the cost is reduced.
