"Winsor I-like"法合成聚丙烯酸酯微乳液的工艺及机理探讨

The polyacrylate microemulsion was synthesized by microemulsion polymerization of ”Winsor I-like” process. The influence of polymerization conditions on particle size and performances of emulsion were discussed such as emulsifier level, initiator system and agitation intensity, and the polymerization mechanism was discussed by DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering) method. The results showed the technology of seed microemulsion polymerization was better to prepare a stable microemulsion with small particle sized and narrow distribution and the most possible nucleation models of the polymerization micelles and monomer microdrops.
