This article aims to recognize the main attributions of the Pedagogical Coordinator, contributing to the (re) signification of their practice, mobilizing them for the pertinence of their performance. We turn to theoretical papers and contributions. In a qualitative approach, through the application of a questionnaire. The study revealed the need for a Pedagogical Coordinator by specific area, as well as continued training for a greater articulation among all, providing a new look of the management to the functions of the pedagogical coordinate.
