This article describes the basic principles of a multi-stage hemodynamic correction of complex CHD in children. In Pavlodar RCC were 3 operative intervention in complex CHD, each of which refers to one of the stages of a multi-stage hemodynamic correction of complex CHD. As a result, there is improvement in the general condition of the patient and the ability of the next phase of correction.
