Анализ эпидемиологических параметров гепатита а в ряде регионов Казахстана

It is shown that the investigated regions differ in terms of morbidity in children with hepatitis A, decrease in intensity during the observation period, in the most susceptible age and socio-professional groups. Vaccination is carried out against the background of the natural reduction of morbidity, even more sharply reduces the incidence, but it depends on the initial level of disease and vaccine prevention tactics. The necessity of vaccination of children in all regions of the country by a single tactics two doses at ages 2 and 3 years, leading to a decrease in the incidence of more than 140 times and eliminate recurrence of the epidemic process in the study region.
