Le caratteristiche dell'essenza di bergamotto prodotta nella campagna 1998/99

The bergamot oil produced in the 1998/99 had peculiar analytical charachteristics (high optical rotation, low specific gravity, etc.); similar data were observed previously only 15 years ago. In this paper we consider the analytical properties of essential bergamot oil produced in 1998/99, with particular attention at the limits of physicochemical properties. The aim was to have an analytical basis for the characterization of the essential oil produced during 1998/99.
