Achievable transverse emittance of beam in muon collider

Ionization cooling of a muon beam by means of Li or Be lenses‐absorbers is considered. It is shown that an achievable transverse emittance and radius of the beam depend on a current density of the lenses. The optimal scheme of the cooling is suggested.
