On Zweier paranorm I-convergent double sequence spaces

In this article, we introduce the Zweier Paranorm I-convergent double sequence spaces 2ZI(q),2Z0I(q) and 2Z∞I(q) for q=(qij), a sequence of positive real numbers. We study some algebraic and topological properties on these spaces.
