Качество жизни пациентов после ушивания перфоративной язвы

2012
Introduction. The wide usage of present-day antiulcer preparations helps to decrease the number of the planned operations in case of ulcerous disease of stomach and duodenum. But at the same time there is a growth of complications of ulcerous disease, which demand urgent operative interventions. The issue of the choice of operative intervention in case of perforated ulcer is still relevant till present times. The purpose of the research. To assess the influence of antiulcer therapy in the early postoperative therapy on the remote results after perforated ulcer suturing. Materials and methods. During 2000-2005 there were performed 158 suturings of perforated ulcer with positive outcome in the Municipal clinical hospital № 7 named after E.L. Berezov. All the patients were divided into two groups. The basic group included the patients with multicomponent eradicative therapy in the early postoperative period. The comparative group consisted of the patients with single-component therapy or bi-component therapy with H 2-blocker in the early postoperative period. To examine the effectiveness of the carried-out antiulcer treatment in the remote period there was used the assessment of the patients’ life quality by MOS SF-36 scale and the assessment of remote results by modified scale Visick. Results and discussion. The remote results were analyzed in the period of 7-12 years. The health indices of the patients of the basic group are much higher than of those of the comparative group, being relevant to the indices of the life quality of healthy people. The analysis of the remote results by Visick scale proved that the basic group had excellent and good results. The comparative group had the prevalence of satisfactory or even unsatisfactory results. Conclusion. The perforated ulcer suturing in combination with multicomponent antiulcer therapy helps to reach the health indices in the remote period comparable to the level of life quality of health people.
