Pengaruh Penerapan Total Quality Management terhadap Implementasi Good University Governance

Abstract . This study aims to be able to explain the application of total quality management to good university governance in the Units of Accredited Higher Education Institutions A and B in the city of Bandung and to be able to explain the effect of the application of total quality management to good university governance in Units of Accredited Higher Education Institutions A and B in the city of Bandung. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data source used in this study is the primary source. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires. The population of this research is the A and B Accredited Higher Education Unit Units in West Java. The sample in this study were 30 Units of A and B Accredited Higher Education in the City of Bandung. The sampling technique in this study is non probability sampling with convenience sampling technique. The result shows that the application of total quality management in A and B accredited tertiary institutions in Bandung has been going well, the application of good university governance in units of higher education institutions accredited A and B in Bandung is good, the application of total quality management for good university governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mampu menjelaskan penerapan total quality management terhadap good university governance pada Unit-unit Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi yang Berakreditasi A dan B di Kota Bandung serta mampu menjelaskan pengaruh penerapan total quality management terhadap good university governance pada Unit-unit Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi yang Berakreditasi A dan B di Kota Bandung . Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sumber primer. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Unit-unit Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi yang Berakreditasi A dan B di Jawa Barat. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 30 Unit-unit Perguruan tinggi yang Berakreditasi A dan B di Kota Bandung. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penerapan total quality management pada Perguruan tinggi berakreditas A dan B di Kota Bandung sudah berjalan baik, penerapan good university governance pada unit-unit lembaga perguruan tinggi berakredtias A dan B di Kota Bandung sudah baik, penerapan total quality management berpengaruh terhadap good university governance .
