This paper is to be focused to analyse the factors influencing the perception of the companies which are engaging e-Trade. And also to verify the growth of information infrastructure, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and the accepted attitude which are influencing the intention of use of e-Trade. With a view to achieving the purpose of this paper, First, I study theoretically on the accepted attitude of e-Trade, the growth of information infrastructure, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Second, internet research was carried out against the trading companies in Korea. Third, based on the data from internet research, the hypothesis was verified by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis, and the results was presented on the table.
