Sand blaster for wood seperating of wood powder

2012
The present invention relates to a wood sand blaster capable of separating wood powder; and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a wood sand blaster which can separate and collect wood powder generated during a process whereby the sand collides on the surface of the wood to create patterns or letters through a sand gun by recycling sand and wood powder. To achieve the purpose, the wood sand blaster capable of separating wood powder comprises: a processing chamber having a stand whereby a workpiece is settled, and a collector under which sand is placed; gloves for work which are arranged inside the processing chamber and are coupled to the holes formed on the front of the processing chamber; a sand gun which is movably installed inside the processing chamber to be moved by the gloves for work and sprays sand and air over the workpiece to form various patterns; and a dust collector which is installed in the processing chamber through a hole and separates sand and collects wood dust only after absorbing sand and wood dust using negative pressure.
