ВЛИЯНИЕ β-ЭНДОРФИНА НА ПРОЛИФЕРАТИВНУЮ И СЕКРЕТОРНУЮ АКТИВНОСТЬ СПЛЕНОЦИТОВ IN VIVO

The intraperitoneal administration of beta-endorphin to mice at a dose of 0.01 and 0.0005 mcg/kg body weight stimulated both proliferative and secretory activities of splenocytes in the presence of Band T-cell mitogen. Beta-endorphin did not influence the production of interferon-gamma, decreased the IL-2 level, and promoted the secretion of IL-4.
