Relativistic corrections to e{sup +}e{sup -} {r_arrow} J/{Psi} + {eta}{sub c} in a potential model.

We compute relativistic corrections to the process e{sup +}e{sup -} {yields} J/{Psi} + {eta}{sub c} and find that they resolve the discrepancy between theory and experiment.
