Signal integrity analysis oneight unintentionally coupled copper interconnects isderivedfrom anequivalent distributed electrical multi-conductor cell. Compatible with SPICEenvironment, this elementary cell is calculated withafull waveanalysis suchastangential vectorfinite element method andthetransmission line theory. After R,L,C,Gandmutual extraction, twotypes ofexcitation areimplemented based onone aggressor andseven victims andvice versa inorder toweigh theinfluence ofparasitic mutual viacrosstalk evaluation.
