NeuroDOT: A New Neuroimaging Toolbox for DOT

NeuroDOT provides a MATLAB-based self-contained toolbox that addresses common challenges in processing of functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) and diffuse optical tomography (DOT) data and supports multiple common pre-processing and analytical pipelines.
