Especially, the lower the exhaustion of relationship with customers, the higher the pursuit of happiness by their works. In the case of designers, the pursuit of happiness through work also increases as relationship exhaustion with customer increases. Also, the imbalance between work and life increased as job and relationship exhaustion with coworkers increases. In particular, the distinction between work and life increases as physical exhaustion increases at the same time. In the case of the manager, the pursuit of happiness through work increases as the exhaustion of customer relations increases, and the division of work and life decreases as the emotional exhaustion increases. Definitely, in the case of the director, the pursuit of happiness by work increases as the exhaustion from relationship with the customer increases. The conclusion of this study is that emotional labor is treated as an essential act in the beauty industry; however, in the case of excessive job exhaustion, his or her physical and mental imbalance may lead to poor quality of life.
