Establishment and evaluation of maize water production functions in west semiarid area of Heilongjiang Province.

Through the means of the pot-grown test,Jensen model,Minhas model,Blank model,Stewart model and Singh model were established to regress on consumed water quantity and the yield of maize of the different irrigated.To analyze and evaluate above-mentioned models,Jensen model and Stewart model were regard as the more suitable model in semiarid area of the west region of Heilongjiang Province.This experimental result provides a scientific basis for optimum irrigation schedules of maize under the deficient irrigation of this area.
