UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI MELALUI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN BERSINERGI (SYNERGETIC TEACHING) PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X IPS 2

The problems in this study are 1) the learning outcomes of students are still low, 2) learning only relies on explanations from the teacher, 3) there is no courage for students to ask and answer questions while in the teaching and learning process and 4) the difficulties of students in access the internet during online learning. In this study, the author uses a synergetic teaching learning strategy with the aim of increasing economic activity and learning outcomes for class X IPS 2 students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik, East Lampung in the 2020/2021 school year. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycle stages, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used are observation sheets, learning outcomes tests and documentation. The subjects in this study were students of class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik, totaling 35 people. The data analysis used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study and the observations of the researchers showed that the percentage of student activity increased from 62.14% in the first cycle to 78.45% in the second cycle. The percentage of learning outcomes also increased from 68.57% in the first cycle to 82.86% in the second cycle. So it can be concluded that learning activities by applying the synergetic teaching learning strategy can increase the activity and economic learning outcomes of students in class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 1 Sekampung Udik in the 2020/2021 school year.
