Survey on the Content of Metal Elements in the Black Tea Produced in Duyun

Recently in the producing area of Duyun Maojian tea,there has been a rapid increase in the production of the black tea,the quality of which is inimitable,adopting the same raw materials as Duyun Maojian and the similar technics to Jin Junmei. Testing and analyzing the content of 9 metal elements including copper,zincum,manganese,iron,aluminium,cadmium,plumbum,arsenic and hydragyrum in Duyun black tea produced in 10 main producing areas of tea,the results indicated that Duyun black tea was rich in metal elements which were good for health and low in harmful metal elements and that it had the necessary conditions of developing as organic tea.
