A touch screen control method and device, comprising: determining that a touch screen operates in a trajectory mode (101); when a finger slides on the touch screen, obtaining the sliding trajectory of the finger and displaying the sliding trajectory on a terminal device, the sliding trajectory being synchronously displayed on a head mounted display device for positioning the location of the finger on the touch screen (102); when satisfying a switch condition, switching the touch screen from trajectory mode to trigger mode (103); when detecting operation instructions for the touch screen, triggering the touch screen to perform respective functions according to the operation instructions (104). The control method and device have higher control precision on the touch screen compared to the prior art without adding any hardware, and reduces investment cost.
