Design of An UWB End-fire Quasi-Yagi Antenna with Dielectric Loading
2021
The proposed ultra-wide bandwidth (UWB) end-fire quasi-Yagi antenna is designed on the polyimide substrate with a single microstrip-to-slotline (MS) feed. To enhance bandwidth and gain performance, the designed antenna is loaded with a high dielectric constant material. Consequently, it realized a wide operating band of about 116% (3.05 — 11.47 GHz), a high front-to-back ratio (FTBR) of 20 dB and a peak end-fire gain of 9.2 dBi.
