The molecular-genetic research of the amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) of species and hybrids of Aesculus L. have been done. The representative spectrum of fragments for each genotype of Aesculus L. has been explored. The fragment-candidate to a molecular marker of the resistance of species and hybrids of Aesculus L. to Cameraria ohridella Deschka et Dimiˆc has been proposed.
