The effective & competitive organizations requirelying stress on keeping the workforce (its people) rightly and appropriately encouraged and motivated (Rose & Kumar, 2006). The several theories have been developed to define and manage these internal resources optimally. Job Embeddedness (JE) concept characterizes some of these viewpoints, e.g. concentrating on components that urge a worker to stay with organization. Various works divulge that JE may envisages urge in turnover in the wake of controlling for customary turnover indicators, for example, work fulfillment and quit aims (Crossley et al., 2007; Mallol, Holtom, & Lee, 2007; Lee et al., 2004; Mitchell et al., 2001).
