Effects of nursing process to the patients with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases treated with endovascular intervention

Objective To observe the effects of the application of nursing process to postoperative rehabilitation of the patients with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases treated with endovascular intervention. Methods 120 cases with ischemic cerebral vascular diseases treated with endovascular intervention, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. Nursing process was used in the observation group and routine nursing care used in the control group. The sleeping time, nursing measure leakages, postoperative complications and patients' satisfaction were observed. Results In the observation group, the sleeping time was increased, the nursing measure leakages were reduced, the incidence of postoperative complications was reduced, and the patients'satisfaction was improved. Conclusions The nursing process could effectively reduce the postoperative complications, and increase the nursing quality, promote the rehabilitation of patients, improve the life quality of patients, and increase patients' satisfaction.
