The invention discloses a fluorescent molecular tomography device and method based on a single slip ring and wireless control exciting light scanning and belongs to the field of fluorescent molecular tomography technologies. The device comprises a slip ring power supply module, a wireless control exciting light scanning module, a rotation mirror module, an optical acquisition module and a push-pull type objective table module. Laser beams emitted from a laser tube in the exciting light scanning module enters a two-dimensional scanning galvanometer, and the two-dimensional scanning galvanometer deflects and reflects the laser beams under the control of a wireless data transmission module and enables the laser beams to be directly projected to an imaged object on an objective table. Fluorescent light excited by the imaged object passes through a reflective light path of the rotation mirror module, enters the optical acquisition module and is collected by the optical acquisition module. Through the wireless control exciting light scanning mode, control signal lines are omitted, so the problem that the signal lines are twined due to rotation does not exist, the usage frequency of the slip ring is reduced, the design complexity of the system is reduced, and the size of the system is decreased.
