The Study of Medicos' Willingness to Work in Basic-level Medical Organization in Sichuan Province

This is to investigate medicos' willingness to work in basic-level medical organizations and the factors affecting it through the sampling survey of the medicos in five medical schools in Sichuan province.The study showed that there should be more students who were willing to work in basic-level medical organizations and the students with different "gender"," student's source places","academic achievements","grades and school's employment guidance " had different attitudes.Therefore,in order to encourage medicos to choose basic-level medical organizations,it is important to develop basic-level medical organizations service qualities and pay more attention to the employment guidance in medical schools which can help students cultivate proper views of employment,which is significant to improve health manpower in basic-level medical organizations and solve medical students employment problems.
