Propuesta de un procedimiento para lograr la integración de los sistemas de gestión implementados para la mejora del desempeño de la Empresa Termoeléctrica Cienfuegos

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo: proponer un procedimiento que permita integrar todos los sistemas de gestion implementados para la mejora del desempeno de la Empresa Termoelectrica Cienfuegos. Para la resolucion de este se realiza una investigacion inicial de tipo descriptivo para indagar sobre los distintos conceptos, medir las variables propuestas, conocer su funcionamiento, normas en que se basan y seguidamente se utiliza el estudio correlacional para medir el grado de relacion que existe entre las distintas variables y evaluar sus tendencias. Entre los resultados mas destacados se puede mencionar: la elaboracion de un plan de integracion de cada uno de los procesos para lograr el objetivo trazado, la capacitacion del personal dirigida a lograr el eficiente funcionamiento del sistema, elaboracion de la documentacion del sistema de gestion integrada, e identificacion de las mejoras necesarias a establecer. Como conclusiones, se alinearon las normativas que amparan los sistemas de gestion implementados en la empresa a partir de los requisitos comunes que esta presenta, determinandose que el grado de integracion con que cuenta en la actualidad dichos sistemas es de un 47.4% por lo que se evidencio la necesidad de crear un procedimiento capaz de lograr la integracion completa de los requisitos comunes y validarla. ABSTRACT A very effective way in order to guarantee the competitivity of the organizations nowadays, it is, without doubts, to reach the integration of all its Management Systems implemented. Due to this, the idea to carry out the investigation entitled "Proposal of a Procedure in order to achieve the integration of the Management Systems implemented for the improvement of the acting of the Termoelectric Company in Cienfuegos" came up, giving answer to the Scientific Problem: How to achieve the integration of the management systems implemented for the improvement of the termoelectric Company acting in Cienfuegos? In order to solve the problem, it took an initial investigation of descriptive type in order to investigate about the different concepts, to measure the nominative variables, to know their operation, norms in that they are based on and straightaway is used the correlational study to measure the degree of relation that exists among the different variables and to evaluate his tendencies. Their structure is introduced in three fundamental chapters, the first undertakes the theoretical study of the management systems, the second contains the diagnosis of the entity and the grade of integration of the implemented management systems in the organization and the third chapter proposes the procedure to be evaluated by the Specialists Criterion Method and the economical effect of the developed work is also analyzed.
