Characteristic calculation of contact units for temperature control

ABSTRACTThe article studies the use of temperature—controlling unit which can control temperature changes, and separatelycalculates the contact force between two contactors and temperature — controlling characteristics.1. INTRODUCTION Fig. I shows the contact component for temperature-control. I and 2 are thermal dual-metal sheet (TDMS) ; 3 and '1 are common springsheets. Springsheet- 3 is flat-0 shaped. Itsright end is point-welded with TDMS-2 (two black points indicate welding points ) and its left end links with springsheet- '1 . To reduce bending stiffness , the right roots of its upper and lower strips are partly cut narrow. Springsheet-4 is ungulate. It is flat and straight without force effect. While being assembled , it is bent with its right end supported in theending bend of springsheet- 1 . The left ends of springsheet- 3 and I are both fixed with a movable contact. TDMS-2 is also falt-O shaped , so that TDMS- I and springsheet- '1 can passthrough the notch between 2 and 3.
