Research on the Broad-spectrum Bacteriostasis Effect of Nano TiO_2 on Tropical Ocean

[Objective] The research aimed to study the broad-spectrum antibacterial effect of Nano TiO2 on the tropical ocean bacterial.[Methods] nanometer TiO2 was added in suspension under UV curing light,a liquid was collected every 10 min,cultured and counted.[results] Nano TiO2 has strong antibacterial activity excited by UV curing light,and the best dose is 0.9 g/L.[Conclusion] Nano TiO2 is non-toxic,cheapand spectrum antibacterial,whitch is a promising new material.
