Effects of FKK, a new bronchodilator, on cardiovascular system in dogs.
1983
Abstract The cardiovascular effects of FKK (2,3-dihydro-7-methyl-9-phenyl-lH-pyrazolo [1,2-a] indazolium bromide), in doses sufficient to cause tracheal dilatation, were compared with those of isoproterenol (Isp) and aminophylline (AP). When administered by either the i.a. (300ug), i.v. (lmg/kg) or i.d. (30mg/kg) route, FKK produced a potent and long-lasting tracheal dilatation.
