The invention discloses a sound-absorbing assembly, comprising a housing and sound-absorbing particles filled in the housing. Antistatic materials are added in the materials forming the housing, or are coated on the surface of the housing; the antistatic materials are conductive materials or antistatic agents. The invention also discloses a loudspeaker module with the sound-absorbing assembly. The sound-absorbing assembly can greatly increase a housing sound-absorbing particle filling rate, fully utilize the rear vocal cavity space of the loudspeaker module with the sound-absorbing assembly, and allows the sound-absorbing particles to greatly improve loudspeaker module acoustics performance.
