Three-level DC converting circuit for zero-voltage switch

2008
The utility model relates to a zero-voltage switch three-level DC converting circuit, comprising an input power supply, a first voltage-dividing capacitor, a second voltage-dividing capacitor, a first rectifier diode, a second rectifier diode, a third rectifier diode, a fourth rectifier diode, a resonant inductor, a transformer, a filter inductor, a first clamping diode and a second clamping diode, wherein both the anode of the first clamping diode and the cathode of the second clamping diode are connected between a primary winding of the transformer and the resonant inductor, the cathode of the first clamping diode is connected with the anode of an output power supply, and the anode of the second clamping diode is connected with the cathode of the input power supply. The utility model can effectively eliminate the reverse spike voltage of a secondary rectifier diode and accordingly can adopt a diode with low reverse voltage withstanding value to reduce the loss of the rectifier diodes and improve the efficiency of conversion.
