A gradation of color which is suitable for the detection of UV dose and UV-sensitive sheet color of the UV-sensitive layer due to the influence of light other than ultraviolet rays is suppressed, providing an ultraviolet sensitive set and UV sensing method. The UV sensitive sheet 1 has a filter layer 10 that selectively transmits light of a specific wavelength, and a UV sensitive layer 20 containing the capsules containing therein the color forming dye and photo-oxidation agent. Filter layer 10 preferably has a maximum value of the transmittance in the range of less than the wavelength 300 nm 380 nm.
