Application of Diversified Examination Mode on Public Optional Course at University

To improve the unsatisfied effect existed in practicing public optional courses,with the background of 'Plants and Human Life' public optional course revolution and with the purpose of improving students' learning motivation and teaching quality,a new assessment mode of public courses to markedly improve the teaching effect was explored.The diversified examination system was composed of interaction in class,group discussions,ppt production and display,thematic debate and the final exam.The practice proved that the diversified examination mode could veritably and objectively evaluate the students' understanding of teaching content,and this mode was benefit to develop the students' practice ability and the overall quality.
