Exploration of the Model of Ideological and Political Education for Postgraduates at Military Medical Universities

Postgraduates of military medical universities are one of the highest levels of talent team in China's military medical education.It is a strategic task for strengthening graduate education at military medical universities to explore and innovate the model of ideological and political education for postgraduates.Combined with the characteristics of postgraduates at the research stage in our university,this paper analyzes the importance and urgency of ideological and political education for postgraduates at military medical universities,and discusses its model from three aspects: strengthening organization construction,making supervisors carry out their responsibilities,and implementing administrative management.
