Decision Analysis between the Operation Outsourcing Participants in BOT Projects

This paper establishes a game model between the government,the BOT(Build Operate Transfer) project company and the operator under the operation outsourcing.Then,on the condition of operation outsourcing,we analyses the influence that demand sensitiveness of the project product,marginal contribution rate of the operator′s effort to the product′s performance,the product price and the incentive level project company provides for the operator impact on the operation outsourcing model.
